Claude Brazeau a été nommé médaillé d’argent lors du concours international de photographie 2021 des photographes professionnels de l’Amérique du nord.
Le travail de M. Brazeau sera exposé au prochain salon Imaging USA, qui se tiendra du 16 au 18 janvier 2022 à National Harbor, dans le Maryland. Imaging USA est l’une des plus grandes conventions et expositions annuelles pour les photographes professionnels.
Un panel de 36 éminents jurés de tous les États-Unis a sélectionné les meilleures photographies parmi plus de 5 000 candidatures au siège de la PPA à Atlanta. Sur la base d’un critère d’excellence, 1 926 images ont été sélectionnées pour la Merit Collection et 1 225 (environ 24 %) ont été sélectionnées pour la prestigieuse Imaging Excellence Collection – la crème de la crème. Les images de la Imaging Excellence Collection seront toutes publiées dans le très attendu livre » Excellence Collection » de Marathon Press.
Le niveau de la récompense est déterminé par le nombre de ces quatre images qui reçoivent la plus haute distinction possible, à savoir l’admission dans la collection de prêt de la PPA, qui est exposée lors d’expositions photographiques, de conventions et d’autres événements photographiques. Claude Brazeau a été nommé médaillé d’argent, ce qui signifie que l’une de ses quatre images méritantes est entrée dans la collection de prêt de la PPA. En 2021, ils étaient l’un des 81 médaillés d’argent.

Gatineau, Québec Claude Brazeau of Claude Brazeau Photography in Gatineau was named a Silver Medalist during Professional Photographers of America’s 2021 International Photographic Competition.
Brazeau’s work will be on display at the upcoming Imaging USA, held January 16-18, 2022 in National Harbor, Maryland. Imaging USA is one of the largest annual conventions and expos for professional photographers.
The level of the award is determined by how many of those four images receive the highest possible honor—acceptance into the PPA Loan Collection, which is displayed at photographic exhibitions, conventions, and other photography events. Brazeau was named a Silver Medalist, meaning that one of their four merited images entered the PPA Loan Collection. In 2021, they were one of only 81 Silver Medalists.
A panel of 36 eminent jurors from across the United States selected the top photographs from over 5,000 total submitted entries at PPA headquarters in Atlanta. Judged against a standard of excellence, 1,926 images were selected for the Merit Collection and 1,225 (roughly 24 percent) were selected for the esteemed Imaging Excellence Collection—the best of the best. The Imaging Excellence Collection images will all be published in the much-anticipated » Excellence Collection » book by Marathon Press.
